Description
Consider adding the o-ring kit so you have all that you need should one of the factory o-rings get damaged during the kit installation.
Here is the installation video for the Super Tune Kit which shows the entire installation procedure.
YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS AS THEY CONTAIN THE LATEST INFORMATION:
Written Detailed Tuning Instructions for the STK
For the generation Gauntlet 1 and Gauntlet 2 (not the Gauntlet 2SL) the spacer is not reinstalled.
At minute marker 6:25 the SPACER (#25) does NOT get reinstalled. I don’t mention this in the video but I do not install it (#25) either.
If air is leaking out of the barrel as fast as you put air in the tank, here are some steps to to correct the issue.
1) Make sure the gun is on safe.
2) Cock the rifle so nothing is pushing the valve poppet open.
3) If it still leaks you may have to perform a more aggressive poppet valve burnishing technique known as the sandpaper technique as detailed in Travis’s video here:

100% get this for your Gauntlet .25!
My Gauntlet .25 has a larger 22 cu. in. bottle and the reg turned up to 2100 psi.
I installed this kit and had an issue. No fault of Hajimoto Productions. 100% my own doing. I emailed him and sent photos. He had the fix right away.
I sent 3 mags across the chronograph after that with 25.4gr JSB Exact Kings at 895 fps or 45 ft. lbs. the spread was a whopping grand total of 5 fps!! Insane! You talk about consistency! WOW!
If you get this kit be sure to order the O-Rink kit. I can almost guarantee you will “scalp” some O-Rings in the process. Just the this gun was made.
It is really nice having the option of adjustability along with a much more efficient valve setup on your Gauntlet.
Customer service Can’t be beat either! Hajimoto is a real awesome Dude!

Wow! I had no idea what this upgrade would do for me.
I was a little disappointed after making a few changes but everything came together I started playing around with the hammer preload adjuster.
I installed a 22 cu in bottle with a new regulator set at 2200, new rings, a high travel valve stop, and the Super Tune Kit in my Gauntlet 1 .25 cal. I started out getting around 920 fps with 33.95 JSB’s. HOWEVER, I was only getting about eight shots before it started falling off and after about 16 shots my overall pressure went below 2000 psi. It was hitting hard and pretty accurately but I got tired of filling it up. (I actually forgot about the power adjuster) I took the regulator down to 2000 and started playing around with the power adjuster. Eventually, I landed on about 805 fps and was very accurate. The most important thing that I stumbled across is that the power adjuster really helped me increase my shot count. I was getting about 25+ – 805 fps shots. Even after it dropped off my poi was still pretty good.
Also! The gun is so smooth, it was kicking quite a bit before but now it’s perfect. I was hitting a small 1/2″ socket at 50 meters and killing my paper. It feels so good, this must be the sweet spot for my gun, everything just came together because now I could simply adjust the hammer. I didn’t know too much about tuning and harmonics so I watched a bunch if vids, now I have a little better understanding as to what I was doing.
THIS KIT IS A GAME CHANGER! MANY MORE CONTROLLED SHOTS AND VERY SMOOTH/QUIET!!!!!!
