This is a direct replacement end cap that when installed provides 1/2 x 20 UNF threads to allow the installation of your favorite moderator or suppressor. If you are looking for a better and stiffer barrel to barrel shroud connection that helps eliminate point-of-impact changes or projectile clipping issues, consider going with the A70 Adapter which essentially marries the barrel to the shroud.
If you are a Hajimoto Productions Strip Stak Pak (SSP) user, then stick with the A50 because the A70 will not work with the SSP.

Yes, as shown in the product description, as long as the regulator has industry-standard G1/2-14 threads, the tester is compatible no matter what the country of origin is.
