Warranties, Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Policy

Important Notice: Airgun Sales

 All Airgun sales are final. 

Please make sure you fully understand the product you are purchasing before placing an order. If you are unsure whether an air rifle, part, accessory, service, or modification is right for you, we recommend waiting until you have gathered the necessary information or, when possible, had the opportunity to physically inspect or handle the item. Also, we can answer questions to provide you with more detailed information to help you make an informed decision.

Hajimoto Productions cannot sell used air rifles or used accessories as new. Any return, exchange, or warranty consideration depends on the condition of the item, whether it has been used, and whether it remains eligible for resale or warranty review.

Warranties

Unless otherwise stated, product warranties are provided by the original manufacturer. Hajimoto Productions does not extend or replace manufacturer warranties unless specifically stated in writing.

Products, parts, or services produced by Hajimoto Productions include a 30-day repair or replacement warranty, as determined exclusively by Hajimoto Productions. This warranty applies only to qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, or service performed by Hajimoto Productions.

Please be aware that most manufacturer warranties are void once a product has been modified, altered, disassembled, or used in a manner not approved by the manufacturer. If you believe there is an issue with a product, we recommend contacting Hajimoto Productions before contacting the manufacturer so we can help evaluate the situation and recommend the best resolution path.

When contacting us about a warranty concern, return, exchange, cancellation, or refund, you must provide your order number so we can locate the order and determine the next steps.

Warranty Exclusions

Due to the nature of airgun components and high-speed projectiles, Hajimoto Productions does not offer warranties on products, parts, or components that are in the projectile’s flight path, unless expressly stated in writing.

Damage or failure may occur for reasons outside our control, including but not limited to incorrect ammunition sizing, improper loading, improper chambering, double loading, deformed projectiles, unsuitable ammunition, user error, or projectile anomalies that alter the projectile’s flight characteristics and cause contact with parts not designed or intended to be struck by a projectile.

Any attempt by the end user to repair, modify, disassemble, alter, or tamper with a Hajimoto Productions product, service item, or modification without express written permission from Hajimoto Productions will void all applicable warranties.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Eligibility

Return, exchange, and refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the delivery of the item. Requests made more than 15 days after delivery of the item will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund consideration, unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved in writing by Hajimoto Productions.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization through the Hajimoto Productions Return Merchandise Authorization process. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted, acknowledged, processed, or credited.

To be eligible for return or exchange consideration, the item must generally be unused, unmodified, undamaged, complete, and in new resale condition, including all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and included components. If an item has been used, shows signs of use, wear, damage, installation, modification, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Hajimoto Productions is not a second-hand retailer. If an item cannot be resold as new, we generally cannot approve a return or exchange.

Return Merchandise Authorization Process

All returns and exchanges must go through the Return Merchandise Authorization process before anything is shipped back to Hajimoto Productions.

To begin an RMA request, contact Hajimoto Productions through email at sales@hajimotoproductions.com and provide:

• Your order number
• Your name and contact information
• The product or service involved
• A clear description of the issue, concern, or request
• Photos or supporting information when applicable

If the item qualifies for return, exchange, repair, or warranty evaluation, Hajimoto Productions will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions, including packing and shipping requirements.

The RMA number must be clearly included on the package as part of the shipping label or package identification. This allows us to quickly identify the package as an authorized return and process it correctly.

All RMA packages must be received by Hajimoto Productions no later than 15 days after the RMA number is issued. Packages received after that period may be refused, returned to sender, or deemed ineligible for processing.

Shipping charges to and from Hajimoto Productions are not covered under any warranty, return, exchange, or refund offering unless otherwise stated in writing.

Hajimoto Productions is not liable for loss, delay, or damage caused by shipping carriers or logistics companies. However, we will assist by providing available documentation or information that may help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Service, Tuning, and Modifications Orders

All service, tuning, gunsmithing, or modification orders must follow the instructions provided after the order is placed. These instructions may include required labeling, packaging, shipping details, documentation, tracking information, and service number information.

Packages sent to Hajimoto Productions for service, tuning, or modification must be clearly identifiable as service orders before they are opened. Any package that does not include the required identifying information may not be processed.

Customers are required to provide tracking information for service or modification shipments so we can update the order record and monitor receipt of the package.

Hajimoto Productions must receive service, tuning, or modification items within 15 days after the service number is issued. Items received after that period may require a new service authorization or may be refused.

If unserviceable, unsafe, incomplete, abandoned, or improperly submitted parts are received, Hajimoto Productions reserves the right to refuse service, return the item at the customer’s expense, or dispose of the item where appropriate and permitted.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be honored when possible if the order has not yet been processed, built, customized, serviced, packed, or shipped.

If an order has already shipped, the customer must initiate the RMA process. Shipped orders are subject to the return, exchange, and refund eligibility requirements in this policy.

Custom builds, services, tuning, gunsmithing, modification work, and other made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun, materials have been allocated, or the order has entered production.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Refunds will be limited to eligible amounts actually paid by the customer, less any applicable non-refundable fees, deductions, shipping charges, or other costs described in this policy.

Refunds may be reduced by nonrefundable processing fees charged by banks, credit card companies, PayPal, or other payment processors. Because these processors generally do not refund their processing fees, those costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, signature fees, insurance fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, and related logistics costs are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved in writing by Hajimoto Productions.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by Hajimoto Productions.

Pricing, Availability, and Errors

Hajimoto Productions makes every effort to ensure that prices, product descriptions, specifications, availability, inventory levels, shipping calculations, and other website information are accurate. However, errors may occur due to human error, technical issues, system malfunctions, supplier data inaccuracies, or other causes.

Hajimoto Productions reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel affected orders, and issue refunds when necessary, including after an order has been confirmed or payment has been received.

Hajimoto Productions is not required to honor incorrect prices, incorrect inventory levels, incorrect calculations, typographical errors, or other inaccurate information.

Shipping Destinations

Hajimoto Productions ships within the Continental United States and to certain U.S. possessions and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands. We also ship to Canada and the United Kingdom where permitted.

All shipments are subject to legal, carrier, product, destination, and compliance restrictions. Some items may not be eligible for shipment to certain locations.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

In-stock, non-custom items typically process and ship within 48 hours or less during normal, non-holiday business operations.

Items such as custom regulator builds, custom scope camera builds, airgun packages, services, gunsmithing, tuning, and other custom or built-to-order items require additional time and are completed based on the nature of the work and current workload.

During normal, non-holiday business operations, non-custom orders received Monday through Saturday after 7:00 AM Eastern Time are generally treated as next-business-day orders for processing purposes. Non-custom orders received after 7:00 AM Eastern Time on Saturday or on Sunday will generally ship on Monday when inventory, staffing, carrier availability, and order conditions allow.

Shipping carriers typically pick up outgoing packages between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Orders over $200, or orders with addresses that do not follow a simplified or standard address format, may require a delivery signature. When a signature requirement is added by Hajimoto Productions for delivery security, the signature fee is paid by Hajimoto Productions.

Expeditied Shipping

Express, next-day, or other expedited shipping options reduce carrier transit time only. Expedited shipping does not reduce in-shop build time, service time, gunsmithing time, customization time, inspection time, or order processing time.

All express or next-day deliveries may require a signature as part of the carrier’s expedited service requirements.

Airgun and Production Shipping Restrictions

Certain states, counties, cities, towns, municipalities, or other jurisdictions restrict or prohibit shipment of airguns or related products. Hajimoto Productions reserves the right to refuse shipment, cancel orders, or require additional compliance steps when a shipment may violate applicable laws, ordinances, carrier rules, or destination restrictions.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all laws, regulations, and ordinances in the buyer’s state, county, city, town, or destination jurisdiction. Hajimoto Productions will make reasonable efforts to identify and flag noncompliant orders, but compliance remains the customer’s responsibility.

If an order must be canceled due to shipping restrictions or legal limitations, the refund may be reduced by applicable non-refundable processing fees as described in the Refunds section of this policy.

FFL Transfer Scenarios

Hajimoto Productions may be unable to ship airguns or certain accessories directly to some locations without using a Federal Firearms Licensee or other approved receiving dealer.

At the time of this policy revision, known locations that may require FFL involvement include:

States and districts: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia
Cities: Any of the boroughs of New York City

Restrictions may change, and other locations may apply. If your shipping destination requires an FFL or receiving dealer, you must provide the FFL contact information when placing your order. Please include this information in the order notes at checkout.

Hajimoto Productions will contact the FFL to determine their procedures and any applicable fees. Any upfront fees required before shipment must be paid by the customer before the order can ship. In many cases, FFL transfer fees are paid directly to the FFL at pickup, but requirements vary by FFL.

Special Requests and Customer Support

If you have special shipping instructions, need a product by a specific date, have a question before placing an order, or need assistance with an order or product issue, please include the relevant details in the order notes at checkout or contact us by email.

For product or order issues, photographs are strongly encouraged because they often help us understand the problem more quickly and accurately. Please provide as much relevant information as possible, including your order number, product details, photos, and a clear explanation of the concern.

Hajimoto Productions approaches customer service matters fairly and reasonably. Our goal is to evaluate each situation based on the facts and work toward a practical and mutually fair resolution when possible.
