You must apply a liberal amount of silicone grease or other synthetic lube on the air strippers o-ring. Failure to do so will cause the o-ring to grip the dry interior of the shroud and cause damage to and break the air stripper. Please read the provided instructions.

Air Stripper comes with o-ring and silicone grease for installation.

Description

The New and improved more robust, heat resistant HP Air Stripper 2.0!

A direct replacement but much more efficient air stripper that strips and channels air away from the pellet to allow for a more stable and less turbulent pellet launch from the muzzle. The stock air stripper really is not a stripper at all, there is no reduction in the air path to force turbulent air away from the pellet path. My version is designed around forcing air away from the pellet path and creating a more laminar air stream which reduces projectile instability and as a secondary benefit, reduces the report of the rifle.

HP Air Stripper 2.0 is 100% compatible with the DonnyFL Short Shroud.

    Got mine last week went right on no problem made a sight change and now its driving pellets 1 after 1 into the same hole. Also with the stack pack and froggies239 silencer (ebay) the db went down from 72.7 to 71.3. Out in the field you only hear the trigger.

    Definitely an upgrade to the stock stripper… With each shot you can hear the difference. all the sound and air is dumped at the barrels end which in turn tightened my group up just a bit. Very pleased with upgrade and recommend to anyone thinking about this change

    BAFFLES CAN NOT BE USED WITH DONNYFL SHORT SHROUD
    Because the Short Shroud is cut at a length that is a perfect fit for the air stripper and the spring. There is not any room for the baffles in the DonnyFL Short Shroud.

    Air Stripper comes with o-ring and silicone grease for installation.

    Remember to always order your suppressor one size larger for shrouded barrel PCP’s.
    If you have a .22 caliber shrouded barrel PCP, you’ll want to order a .25 caliber suppressor.
    The .177/.22 is for shrouded barrel .177 or direct barrel threaded PCP’s in .22.
    The .22/.25 is for shrouded barrel .22 or direct barrel threaded PCP’s in .25.
    The .25/.30 is for shrouded barrel .25 or direct barrel threaded PCP’s in .30. The exception to this rule is the Gauntlet .30 is shrouded but because of the unique end cap, marries the barrel and shroud at the end.

    The Tanto, Tatsu, FX, or Sumo are not recommended for the Gauntlet .30 caliber because of the relatively small internal volume of these suppressors and the elevated operating pressures of the G30. We recommend the Ronin be used on all of our G30 Builds.

    The service includes a very detailed and time-consuming incoming inspection report that includes photos and other relevant information that detail the condition of the airgun and all of its pieces and parts. This report is provided to you and you must be reviewed and authorized in order for the work to continue.
