We completely tune your supplied Gauntlet 1 or 2 which includes everything listed in the section below.

The service includes a very detailed and time-consuming incoming inspection report that includes photos and other relevant information that detail the condition of the airgun and all of its pieces and parts. This report is provided to you and you must be reviewed and authorized in order for the work to continue.

Description

You ship us your rifle and I go through it from top to bottom and perform a complete tune. Please note tunes are performed on a first-come first-served basis. If you would like to know what the current turnaround time is, please write prior to purchase but they are typically around 10 days.

Shipping details to Hajimoto Productions and other requirements will be coordinated after the order is received. We will follow up with a confirmation and request any additional clarifications at that time.

  • Reduce hammer stop by 5/16" (HTVS)
  • Replace valve poppet with high-performance poppet (STK)
  • Add end cap power adjuster 5/64" Hex (STK)
  • Add power adjuster hole in the stock (STK)
  • Modify forearm shroud to allow installation of HP Barrel Band (G1 only).
  • Increase transfer ports in both receiver and barrel to 80% of bore size
  • Increase regulator pressure output:
    G1 .177 & .22 to 1350-1400PSI | G1 .25 to 2100-2250PSI
    G2 .22 to 2100-2250PSI | G2 .25 to 2250 – 2350PSI
  • Barrel breech chamfer and bevel
  • Barrel crown retouch and polish
  • Barrel lapped and polished
  • Barrel shroud ventilate
  • Barrel shroud diffuser installed
  • Baffle replace with 5 piece HP Baffles (SSP)
  • Air stripper replace with HP Air Stripper (SSP)
  • Installation of the HP Barrel Band rail less version

Warranty:
Tuning or modifying an airgun in any way will void the manufacturer’s warranty. I will fix an airgun that I have tuned due to defects 60 days. Any attempt by the owner to “self-repair” my tuned airgun immediately voids any and all warranties that I may offer.
