    The service of installing the Super Tune Kit does not include shipping. Return shipping will be calculated and added at check out. Shipping cost will be based on a complete rifle sent to Hajimoto Productions in the original box and packing materials. Stock modification is part of the STK install which is why you need to send the entire rifle to us not just the action.     The single largest performance increase modification item for the Gauntlet. The Super Tune Kit allows complete power adjustment which opens all the possibilities of lower or higher foot-pounds (FPE) of energy for whatever the user desires. Do you need only 5FPE no problem back off the adjustment using a 5/64″ allen wrench and you are only delivering 5FPE and will realize over 200 shots on a stock bottle fill of 3000PSI!

    Want 27-30FPE for dropping that 20lb trash bandit, no problem, crank up the adjuster using a 5/64″ allen wrench and you instantly have the power necessary for either long range or high energy delivery on target. The use of a chronograph is required in order to know what the rate of travel is of the projectile. (Power examples given are the .22 caliber version Gauntlet 1) 

    For the Gauntlet 1 and Gauntlet 2. Be sure to select the proper generation as there is a difference and improperly selected kits are not returnable.

    Notos Internal Porting

    This service provides increased airflow and efficiency of the internal pathways, resulting in more power capability.

    This is what we do to our Haji-Notos Custom Builds, but you can have the same service performed on your Notos as well. The internal transfer ports are increased, that results in greater airflow producing more power. This service also includes a trigger to sear face polish to make the trigger a much smoother feel.

    You ship us your complete Notos or just the action, with the stock and barrel removed, and we execute the service.

    If you want to minimize shipping costs and you elect to ship just the action, follow the instructions below.

    If you are shipping your complete Notos, ignore the instructions below and use your original Notos Box to ship your Notos.

    • Notos Barrel Removal

    Your Barrel is very easily removed by removing the 2.5mm button head screw on top of the Picatinny rail near the magazine opening. Once the 2.5mm screw is removed, there is a 2mm set screw below it that holds the barrel into the receiver block. Loosen the 2mm screw four revolutions and slide out the barrel.

    This service tears the entire air rifle down, cleans and inspects for part wear, and replaces all the o-rings in your Gauntlet. Whether the o-rings are leaking from age or wear, whether the rifle is actually leaking or not, all o-rings are replaced. The rifle undergoes an incoming inspection which captures the functional and physical condition of the air rifle. This information is presented in a report which must be reviewed and approved prior to any work can begin.
    The o- rings that are replaced are:

      • (2) Regulator to gun o-rings.
      • (1) Stock end cap o-ring.
      • (1) Stock air stripper o-ring.
      • (1) Barrel to shroud support collar at breach block o-ring.
      • (2) Bottle block to pressure tube o-rings.
      • (1) Valve body o-ring.
      • (2) Pellet probe o-rings.
      • (3) Barrel to breach block o-rings.

    The action is verified and lubricated prior to returning the rifle. The rifle undergoes a pressure test for 24 hours to guarantee there are no pressure losses.

    The service executes the following:

    • Reduce barrel length by 2.5″ to remove the choke.
    • Recrown barrel.
    • We provide a new shorter replacement barrel shroud.

    This can be added to a custom build order or a send-in modification request. Customers who wish to send in their barrel for service can ship either the entire rifle or just the barrel, barrel shroud, and end cap. The barrel will be heavily cleaned and coated with silicone oil to protect the surfaces for the trip home.

    Once the order is received, a follow-up email will be provided. Depending on the service request, the response will contain detailed shipping instructions, including the shipping address and other pertinent information required on the label for the service request being shipped to us.
    This service price does not include shipping or parts. Shipping costs to return your PCP or PCP parts will need to be calculated and communicated to you before the order ships back.

    The reduction of an airgun barrel typically results in a decreased rate of travel of 15-20 ft/s per inch.

    You ship us your Notos Barrel and we execute the following:

    • Remove the fixed molded plastic suppressor (the suppressor is destroyed in the process).
    • Increase and polish the barrel transfer port.
    • Two new barrel o-rings are provided.
    • Clean up and polish the barrel crown.
    • 1/2 x 20 UNF Threaded Adapter Included.
    • Barrel Shroud End Cap and Barrel Guide Included.
    • Thoroughly clean and silicone barrel bore.

    This is a custom size that comes with FX airguns if you decide to upgrade the suppressor or if you are looking to add a suppressor that is right in between the Tanto and Tatsu. The FX/DonnyFL is the same length as the Tanto but slightly larger in diameter, comparable to the FX factory suppressor. This weighs around 4.7 ounces. Comes with a protective red tube for easy transport and storage.

    This is a genuine Ninja Paintball High Pressue X reg in 5/8″-18UNF thread that can be used on 3000PSI or 4500PSI.

    We do include the ball/pin and spring should you happen to have a thin pin depression system capable of actually opening the valve. The only function of this pin/ball is to allow the tank to retain air if it is off of the PCP. This is a paintball thing and should not be used in in HPA.

    You should never try to unscrew a high-pressure output paintball-style regulator while it is under pressure. You will destroy the threads as they are not designed to be threaded on and off under load. Degas and then remove the regulator and bottle.
