To Our Valued Customers,
New England has experienced an unusually intense series of winter storms in early 2026, creating significant operational challenges across the region.
The most impactful events include:
- January 23–27, 2026 Winter Storm – Widespread snowfall across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine, with many areas receiving 18–27+ inches.
- January 30 – February 2, 2026 Bomb Cyclone (Winter Storm Gianna) – Heavy snow and high winds impacting southern New England.
- February 22–24, 2026 – The Blizzard of 2026 (Winter Storm Hernando) – Historic snowfall totals across southern New England, with many locations recording 24–38 inches, near-whiteout conditions, and extended travel restrictions.
These back-to-back storms have resulted in limited transportation access, shipping interruptions, vendor delays, and unavoidable production slowdowns.
As a result, Hajimoto Productions is currently experiencing substantial production delays.
We want to reassure every customer of the following:
- All service-related and production orders are being processed strictly in the order they were received.
- No service-related orders are being skipped or reprioritized.
- The only impact is time — not quality, not commitment.
- Our team is actively working to safely catch up as conditions allow.
We understand that many of you rely on our products and services for important timelines. We do not take that responsibility lightly. Your patience during this period means a great deal to our team.
Winter in New England can be demanding, but our commitment to you remains constant. We will continue pushing forward until we are fully back on schedule.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
