Service to reduce barrel length removing the barrel choke making the barrel better for slugs. Service
The service executes the following:
- Reduce barrel length by 2.5″ to remove the choke.
- Recrown barrel.
- We provide a new shorter replacement barrel shroud.
This can be added to a custom build order or a send-in modification request. Customers who wish to send in their barrel for service can ship either the entire rifle or just the barrel, barrel shroud, and end cap. The barrel will be heavily cleaned and coated with silicone oil to protect the surfaces for the trip home.
Once the order is received, a follow-up email will be provided. Depending on the service request, the response will contain detailed shipping instructions, including the shipping address and other pertinent information required on the label for the service request being shipped to us.
This service price does not include shipping or parts. Shipping costs to return your PCP or PCP parts will need to be calculated and communicated to you before the order ships back.
The reduction of an airgun barrel typically results in a decreased rate of travel of 15-20 ft/s per inch.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before we ship out the service order.

The regulator thread is 5/8-18UNF (Bottle Thread) and Typical Paintball Threads of .825-14 NGO (PCP Thread).
Please note the Flex regulator can be used with any Air, Co2, or Nitrogen driven air gun not just the Gauntlet, providing it has the correct threading.
The Ninja Flex regulator is available in any 900 psi spread to a maximum of 3100 psi output. For the Gauntlet, select the proper configuration.
If you select the Custom Configuration, you will need to use the NOTES above to communicate what you want the maximum output to be. Please note that the highest output the Flex Regulator can be configured for is 3100 PSI, but we can build it to any number below that. Example, a user wants the maximum output of their Flex regulator to be 2800, we will build the regulator so that the adjustable range of that build is 1800 to 2800PSI.How to read the below configurations

The service includes a very detailed and time-consuming incoming inspection report that includes photos and other relevant information that detail the condition of the airgun and all of its pieces and parts. This report is provided to you and you must be reviewed and authorized in order for the work to continue.

An efficient multiport polymer air stripper that strips and channels air away from the pellet to allow for a more stable and less turbulent pellet launch from the muzzle. The HP Air stripper 2.0 comes with an o-ring. The kit also includes variable baffle chambers to help reduce both noise and turbulence in the airflow. The result is a more laminar air stream, which reduces projectile instability and, as a secondary benefit, reduces the report of the rifle.BAFFLES CAN NOT BE USED WITH DONNYFL SHORT SHROUD
Because the Short Shroud is cut at a length that is a perfect fit for the air stripper and the spring. There is no room for the baffles in the DonnyFL Short Shroud.
