The CF Tank is CE Certified made to ISO 11119-3 standard. They have seamless aluminum alloy 6061 liner wound with high strength Japan-imported carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced plastic full composite layers and subjected to an autofrettage pressure.  This 4500 PSI carbon fiber bottle is 19ci and is absolutely gorgeous on the Gauntlet.

Operating Pressure Recommendations

Gauntlet 1:
 .177/.22 Stock operating pressure 1100PSI Max Recommended pressure is 1400PSI.
.25 Caliber Stock operating pressure 1900PSI Max Recommended pressure is 2100PSI.


Gauntlet 2:
 .22 Stock operating pressure 1900PSI Max Recommended pressure is 2100PSI.
.25 Caliber Stock operating pressure 2100PSI Max Recommended pressure is 2300PSI.

Gauntlet 30/30SL:
  Stock operating pressure 2800PSI Max Recommended pressure is 3100PSI.

The Gauntlet 1 needs to have its tank shroud inside diameter increased to allow the foregrip/tank cover to side over this carbon fiber tank.

Also the Gauntlet 2 22/25/SL22/SL25/30 or SL30 will need the stock tank shroud modified so the fill port is accessible from the bottom like in the photo below. We demonstrate how to do this in the video down below.

Consider picking up our extended foster fill adapter to make coupling and filling a breeze.

The below video shows how to modify the tank shroud to install a Flex Reg but the same technique is used for modifying for the Black Hawk Pro

    Hajimoto Productions Tuning O-ring kit for the Gauntlet and Gauntlet 2

    Now includes my “NO RING” pellet probe seals as HP-1 rather than the typical high wear donut orings.

    I have put together the most common o-rings that fail during a tuning session. Most of the stock o-rings for the internals will gouge when the airgun is disassembled, this kit will allow you multiple attempts should any of the o-rings fail. Please note that the .30 caliber uses completely different internal o-rings than all previous Gauntlet Models including the .30 cal exclusive transfer port orings Which will be bagged as TP.

    Some of the NO-Ring seals have the leading edge precision ground.

    These tapered / precision ground types need to be installed as shown below
