This is my full review of the Umarex Gauntlet in .25 caliber. The .25 comes to us with a very familiar look but has a lot more punch this time around. Being .25 Caliber with a 1900PSI regulator it tosses 42+ Foot Pounds down range with authority 24 times in a row.
Â
Umarex fixed some things but missed the boast a few others but for the price, there really is not more bang for the buck than the Gauntlet Series.

Mr. Hajimoto
I noticed you are using some type of a rifle holder in your videos. I am using sand bags to steady the rifle. If you feel a rifle holder or brace would be a great improvement over using sand bags,
please let me know what you would recommend. Thanks Ron

Hello Ronald,
There are two different types of rests or holders that are used in my videos. The Caldwell Stinger which is a bench rest style hold that has a lot of stability and adjustability, one of my favorite rests. The other is the Caldwell Dead Shot Field Pod, which is great in the field rest for either standing or sitting, again very adjustable but nearly as stable as the Stinger. If you have a good set of leather bags it is hard to find a more versatile and adjustable rest. I typically use the Caldwell fixtures because they allow a more stable hold while multitasking for video capture and scene setup.
I hope this helps
