WARRANTIES, RETURNS, AND SHIPPING

WARRANTIES & RETURNS

Be sure you understand fully what product you are buying. We cannot sell used air rifles or accessories. If you are unsure if an air rifle or part is right for you, it is best to wait until you gain more information or can physically handle the part before you buy.

Unless otherwise listed, all product warranties are manufacturer-provided. Parts or products produced by Hajimoto Productions come with a 30-day replacement or repair warranty which will be determined by Hajimoto Productions exclusively. Please be aware that most manufacturer warranties are void once a modification has been made to the product applied. That said, we recommend that you contact us first before reaching out to the equipment manufacturer to determine what the best resolution approach is.

SERVICE OR MODIFICATION  ORDERS

Any service, tuning, or modification order must follow the instructions that are provided to you by us shortly after the order is placed. The package must be able to be identified by us as a paid service order before we open any package. We will not accept or acknowledge any package that arrives at Hajimoto Productions that does not have the information we provided on the label. The required information is provided through the order processing, validation, and notification system sent to you shortly after your order is placed. Service or modification orders require that you share the tracking information with us so we can add it to your order information. Hajimoto Productions must receive service or modification items within 15 days of issuing the service number.  we have received packages that contain unserviceable parts resulting in us to dispose of them at our cost.

RMA PROCESS AND PROCEDURE

All returns or exchanges must undergo a return merchandise authorization (RMA) process. If the item qualifies for a return or exchange, an RMA number and return details will be provided including packing and shipping details. Part of any Return authorization consideration, either for exchange or refund, if the part or product has been used, shows use, or wear. We are not a second-hand shop, if we cannot sell it as new, we cannot entertain an RMA. We will not accept or acknowledge any product or package that arrives at Hajimoto Productions, that has not gone through the return authorization process and was issued an RMA number from Hajimoto Productions. 

The issued RMA number must be on the package as part of the shipping address so we can quickly identify it as an authorized merchandise return and process it accordingly when received. All RMA items must be received by Hajimoto Productions within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA number. 

Shipping charges to and from Hajimoto Productions are not covered under any warranty, return, or exchange offerings. Hajimoto Productions is not liable for any damage caused by the shipper or logistics firm but we will assist in providing any documentation or information that will assist in a claim with the logistics firm.

 Because of the very nature of some products, Hajimoto Productions cannot offer any warranties on items that are in a projectile’s flight path. Due in part to the possibility of incorrect ammo sizing, loading, chambering, double loading, deformed projectiles, or other projectile anomalies that alter the flight characteristics of the projectile causing physical contact with part(s) that are not designed for nor intended to be in direct contact by a high-speed projectile.

Any attempt by the end-user to self-repair or modify any Hajimoto Productions product or service item without expressed written permission by Hajimoto Productions will void any and all warranties. 

ORDER CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancelation and refund requests will be honored without issue providing the order has not already been processed and shipped in that case a return (RMA) process would need to be initiated by the buyer. For refunds, we will execute the refund request for your purchase price less any nonrefundable processing fees incurred by the banks or payment processing entities involved in the transaction. PayPal and credit card processing companies do not refund their processing fees from a purchase therefore we must deduct those processing fees from the refund amount. 

 SHIPPING 

We ship anywhere in the Continental US including any of its possessions or territories like AL, HI, PR, VI, GU, and MP. We also Ship to Canada and the UK.

Typically we process and ship any stock non-custom build items, in 24 hours or less. Items such as custom regulator builds, custom scope cam builds,  Airgun Packages, services, or gunsmithing, require more time and are built as the orders are received.

During normal non-holiday business operations, any non-custom orders received Monday through Saturday after 7:00 AM Eastern, are considered the next day’s business. During normal non-holiday business operations, any non-custom orders received after 7:00 AM Eastern on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. The logistics companies typically pick up our outgoing shipping packages between 9 and 9:30 AM Eastern.

Orders greater than $225, or have an address that does not follow a simplified address format, will require a signature to be delivered. The signature fee is an additional fee that we pay, not you, to help ensure the package reaches its intended destination. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICES

EXPRESS or NEXT DAY  shipping options do not reduce build times. Any expedited shipping selection will reduce logistical times but will not reduce the in-shop build times. All EXPRESS or NEXT DAY deliveries default with a signature required as a part of the expedited service from the logistics company, not us.

PCP SALES SHIPPING LIMITATIONS & FFL SCENARIOS

There are certain locations where Hajimoto Productions cannot ship airguns or other products due to state, county, city, or town ordinances or laws. Certain states and municipalities have established limitations, and Hajimoto Productions reserves the right not to ship particular products to certain locations. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is a violation. Order refund amounts will be minus processing fees, as described in the ORDER CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS section. We do our best to identify and flag orders that are not compliant, but it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to know and abide by the laws in their state, county, city, or town

We cannot ship airguns or some accessories to certain states, cities, or towns without using an FFL. At the time of printing these policies, know locations are as follows: 

  • States: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, District of Columbia
  • Cities: Any of the Boroughs of New York.
 If the shipping destination is in one of these locations you will need to provide us with FFL you are using. Please use the NOTES section of your order at checkout to share the FFL contact information. We will contact your FFL to determine their standard operating procedures and any fees that they may require. If there are fees required by Hajimoto Productions, the fees must be collected from you before your order can ship. Typically FFL fees are required to be paid at the time of pick up at your FFL.
