18ci/295cc/.29L CE Certified CF Tank

Fits the Gauntlet 2 without any modifications.

The CF Tank is CE Certified made to ISO 11119-3 standard. They have seamless aluminum alloy 6061 liner wound with high strength Japan-imported carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced plastic full composite layers and subjected to an autofrettage pressure. An 18.3ci carbon fiber 4500PSI cylinder with externally adjustable Ninja Flex Reg for your Umarex Gauntlet! The massive volume of air afforded you is mind-blowing.

The diameter of the tank is 54-55mm across so a modification to the forearm is required if you desire to continue to use the Gauntlets tank shroud. I do offer a tank shroud modification service for Gauntlet 1 owners that can be added to a build or provided as a mail-in service.

The Gauntlet 2 forearm slides right over without any issue. Only one access hole needs to be drilled so the fill port is accessible at the bottom. Please be careful if you have accessories on any of the MLok openings as the screws or MLok fasteners may scratch the tank when the shroud is slid forward or back.

Consider picking up our extended foster fill adapter to make coupling and filling a breeze.

The Power Flex Combo allows the user to externally adjust the regulator output pressure on the fly with an adjustment range of 800PSI!.

The cylinder’s outside dimension is slightly larger than the stock aluminum tank so my standard HP Barrel Band does not fit. You will need to use the HP Barrel Band CFT version

The Power Flex Combo is set to either of the two Gauntlet configurations.
Simply select the proper configuration.

Flex Reg set to 700 to 1500PSI

DO NOT USE Power Flex Combo Configuration For .25 CONFIG on .177 or .22
they are not capable of handling the pressures.
Because of practical limitations, regulator output will be +/- 50PSI (3.5bar) within the requested output.

Description

When installing the Flex regulator on the Umarex Gauntlet. Tighten the degassed tank and regulator assembly fully to the rifle, then back it off until the fill port is on the bottom and the gauges are left and right. Now fill the bottle with air and all will tighten up solid. Proper alignment will be achieved before the 360° maximum rotation limit is realized.

The Power Flex Combo is a 4500PSI Flex reg installed on a 18.3ci Carbon Fiber 4500PSI Cylinder.

The Flex reg allows for the user to adjust regulator output on the fly while the 18ci 4500PSI cylinder means shots galore!

CONFIGURATIONS:
1) – 500~1500 PSI  works well with the .177/.22 Caliber Gauntlet 1
2) – 1400~2400 PSI works well with the .25 Caliber Gauntlet 1 or the .22 Caliber Gauntlet 2.

If the Power Flex is going to be installed on a Gauntlet 1 and the tank shroud is going to be used, the shroud will need to be widened to allow the larger diameter carbon fiber tank to pass through.

The Gauntlet 1 shroud modification is offered as a service if you don't want to mess with it yourself.

Comes with a dedicated spanner wrench for adjusting the output of the Flex Reg.

WARNING!  Do not install the .25 Caliber Version on the Gauntlet 1 in .177 or .22 as the .25 version's pressure output will exceed the safe maximum operating pressure of the Gauntlet 1 in .177 or .22.

    The regulator thread is 5/8-18UNF (Bottle Thread) and Typical Paintball Threads of .825-14 NGO (PCP Thread).

    Please note the Flex regulator can be used with any Air, Co2, or Nitrogen driven air gun not just the Gauntlet,  providing it has the correct threading.

    The Ninja Flex regulator is available in any 900 psi spread to a maximum of 3100 psi output but for the Gauntlet select from the proper configuration.
    If you select the Custom Configuration, you will need to use the NOTES above to communicate what you want the maximum output to be.

    Evanix Rainstorm II Baffle Stack

    Here is an 8 piece multi-sized baffle stack for the Evanix Rainstorm/Rainstorm II. The HP Baffle Stack strips away turbulent air and sound from the shot signature of the Umarex Gauntlet. The baffles trap sound and air in each cavity and force it to stay in the moderator chamber away from the pellet path.
    The Rainstorm HP Baffle Stack requires the non cone STAND OFF to be sized by the user. You will need to sand the STAND OFF down to the required height for your rifle.
    The HP Baffle Stack should be installed as follows, from the front, further-est from the barrel, Short/Full/Full/Short/Short/Full/Full/Standoff at the muzzle.
