Notos Internal Porting
This service provides increased airflow and efficiency of the internal pathways, resulting in more power capability.
This is what we do to our Haji-Notos Custom Builds, but you can have the same service performed on your Notos as well. The internal transfer ports are increased, that results in greater airflow producing more power. This service also includes a trigger to sear face polish to make the trigger a much smoother feel.
You ship us your complete Notos or just the action, with the stock and barrel removed, and we execute the service.
If you want to minimize shipping costs and you elect to ship just the action, follow the instructions below.
If you are shipping your complete Notos, ignore the instructions below and use your original Notos Box to ship your Notos.
- Notos Barrel Removal
Your Barrel is very easily removed by removing the 2.5mm button head screw on top of the Picatinny rail near the magazine opening. Once the 2.5mm screw is removed, there is a 2mm set screw below it that holds the barrel into the receiver block. Loosen the 2mm screw four revolutions and slide out the barrel.

This is what we do to our Haji-Notos Custom Builds. but you can have the same service performed on your Notos barrel as well. The Transfer port work increases the port and polishes the opening to allow greater airflow to produce more power more efficiently.
You ship us your Notos Barrel and we execute the following:
- Remove the fixed molded plastic suppressor (the suppressor is destroyed in the process).
- Increase and polish the barrel transfer port.
- Two new barrel o-rings are provided.
- Clean up and polish the barrel crown.
- 1/2 x 20 UNF Threaded Adapter Included.
- Barrel Shroud End Cap and Barrel Guide Included.
- Thoroughly clean and silicone barrel bore.
Notos Barrel Removal

This is an expanded magazine for the Umarex Notos PCP. The magazine is a brand-new design that loads from the right and employs a removable magnetic lid for easy loading. Allow for a smooth and consistent chambering of rounds without issue.
Please note that our design loads from the right.
Be sure to install and remove the mag at least 10 times before using it so that it breaks into your mag well.
The Haji-Notos magazine is compatible with a red-dot or optic, but it does not work with Umarex fixed fiber optic sights. Please note that the actual finish may differ from that shown in the photos.

Installs on the Gauntlet with minor tank shroud modifications. (The Gauntlet 2 is shown to give an idea of what modification needs to happen and that is simply a hole drilled in the bottom of the plastic tank shroud for the fill nipple.
A 22ci aluminum 3000PSI cylinder with externally adjustable Ninja Flex Reg for your Umarex Gauntlet1! The volume of air in these 22ci tanks over the 13ci is mind-blowing!
The diameter of the tank is 54-55mm across so a modification to the forearm is required on a Gauntlet 1. I do offer a tank shroud modification service for Gauntlet 1 owners that can be added to a build or provided as a mail-in service.
The Gauntlet 2 forearm slide right over without any issue. Only one access hole needs to be drilled so the fill port is accessible at the bottom.
Consider picking up our extended foster fill adapter to make coupling and filling a breeze.
The Power Flex Combo allows the user to externally adjust the regulator output pressure on the fly with an adjustment range of 800PSI!
When installing the Flex 22 on the Umarex Gauntlet. Tighten the degassed tank and regulator assembly fully to the rifle, then back it off until the fill port is on the bottom and the gauges are left and right. Now fill the bottle with air and all will tighten up solid. Proper alignment will be achieved before the 360° maximum rotation limit is realized.
Comes with a dedicated Spanner Wrench for power adjustment. MADE IN THE USA!
Because of practical limitations, regulator output will be +/- 50PSI (3.5bar) within the requested output.

I have put together a very easy and complete stainless steel shim kit so you can adjust your Gauntlets Regulator output. The shims that I have included give you a wide range of adjustability to mix and match different thicknesses to get the regulator to output exactly what you want. The shim kit comes with easy to follow instructions which guide you through the process as to what shims you need to add to typically achieve my recommendations for each Gauntlet Caliber.
The shim kit contains:
- 2 – #5 Shims.
- 1 – #3 Shim.
- 2 – #2 Shims.
(Two #2’s = One #4 | Two #5’s = One #10 | One #5 + One #3 = One #8, and so on)
To take a stock G1 .177/.22 from the stock 1100-1050PSI to my recommended 1350-1400PSI you would add two (2) #5 shims (10).
To take a stock G1 .25 from the stock 1900-1950PSI to my recommended 2100-2200PSI you would add one (1) #3 shim (3).
The included two #2 shims are for minor adjustments if you have a finicky regulator.DETAILED LESSON/EXAMPLE:
Let’s say your .22 Gauntlets regulator only puts out 1300PSI after installing the two #5’s when it should be 1350 to 1400PSI, you would add one #2 for a total of 12 to help get it there. If after the addition of the one #2, you’re still 50psi short so you would pull out the #2 and use the #3 for a total of 13.Always use a regulator output tester to confirm the output pressure of your regulator. It is the only safe and sure way to properly adjust the pressure of your regulator.
You have to fill and purge so the Belleville washers settle into the new preload. Be sure to slow fill your bottle the first time only to 500PSI and then purge it, fill slowly a second time to 1000, and then purge fill the final time slowly and watch to be sure the reg has settled and does not exceed your target pressure. If it does exceed your target pressure, stop filling, purge and shim less.
If you rapid fill, there is a good chance you will pop your burst disc.
