The service includes a very detailed and time-consuming incoming inspection report that includes photos and other relevant information that detail the condition of the airgun and all of its pieces and parts. This report is provided to you and you must be reviewed and authorized in order for the work to continue.

Shortly after the order is placed you will receive shipping instructions. The notification will provide you with the address and label details that you must to have on the label or the package to guarantee it is properly directed to the proper department. Once the PCP is received there will be an incoming inspection of the PCP which will be shared with you for review and authorization to proceed.
The shipping cost associated with this service is a placeholder and may need to be adjusted depending on the actual package size and weight we receive.
All stock/old parts are included when the Notos is returned to you. Please only ship the Notos in its pistol configuration to save on package space and shipping costs.Typical turnaround times are 10 days or less once we receive authorization to proceed.
