####At minute marker 6:25 the SPACER ####

#### part#25 does NOT get reinstalled. I don't ####

#### mention this but I don't install it either ####

#### do not install the spacer. ####

I install a modification kit that takes the Gauntlet from 60 shots per fill to over 105 shots per fill using the stock 13 cu. inch removable tank.

The 37-minute installation video details the complete disassembly of the Gauntlet and step-by-step installations of the Valve modification, Hammer Spring, Power Adjuster, and Trigger spring.

I refer to the owner's manual and the schematic drawing throughout the process so you will be able to refer to it at any point during the installation. If you need to see a parts schematic I have one here for your use: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1GUs...

***UPDATE***

1) If you are having the air leak out of the barrel as fast as you put air in, here are some steps to correct the issue.

2) Please note that I say and show the adjustment hole to be 5/16" which you can reduce to 1/8" if you measure correctly.

When I tune rifles for customers that hole is only 3/32". SANDPAPER BURNISHING TECHNIQUE

1) Make sure the gun is safe.

2) Cock the rifle so there is nothing pushing the poppet open.

3) If it still leaks you may have to do perform a more aggressive poppet valve burnishing technique as detailed in Travis's video here: https://youtu.be/WS9v3-QUSX0?t=146

In this video, I tear apart my .22 Benjamin Marauder Generation 2 PCP to swap out the heavy 36.5oz stock steel pressure tube with a lightweight 12.37oz Jefferson State Air Rifles Aluminum Pressure Cylinder.

The rifle will be torn down and reassembled with a JSAR Aluminum Air Cylinder, JSAR SS Balanced Valve, JSAR Super Hammer, JSAR TSS GEN2 and Huma regulator. The rifle will weigh almost 2 pounds less when this is all said and done. The MROD had most of these modifications already installed in the MROD but I never documented the installation but have been promising you guys that I would, well here it is!

I walk through every step and reference the Benjamin Marauder Schematic so you can follow along. All the parts other than the Huma Regulator for this build were purchased from Jefferson State Air Rifles. The Huma Regulator was from trenieroutdoors.com.

An air rifle scope cam quest

by Hajimoto

A video that captures my continuing struggle to have a stable scope camera mount platform that will be to capture through the scope so I can share my shooting experiences.

As it relates to hammer bounce, you are absolutely correct that there is hammer bounce, but the shot chip chosen to demonstrate the old config (chipmunk shot) was prior to an HDD and then WAR SSG install. If you listen to the new configuration you will notice you do not hear the bounce anymore. At some point in my videos, I say and list that I installed a hammer debounce device, in those videos there were some shots with and some without the device installed. The issue is if you have an iPhone 6 on edge in its Z axis and the hammer traveling on the Y axis introduces those forces on the iPhone which in turn vibrates on the Y axis on the phone causing the phone to flex and in turn a blurry image. Because the phone is so thin, it essentially turns into a diving board BOING!. A better complete phone length plate to better support the phone might help eliminate the boing effect.

On my adventure through the scope mount trail, there are many other crafty people whom have shared their creations so we all can benefit from their ideas. The only credit that I am worthy to receive is the lighting of the dark road that others have made. I did not design the 3D component used it is the brainchild of CellusNZ.

My scope has an eye relief of 71mm-83mm , after this build the eye relief is 15mm-20mm.

The following two links are to images that capture the completed assembly. One with the camera by closed and the other with it open:
