Hajimoto Productions Tuning O-ring kit for the Gauntlet and Gauntlet 2
Now includes two of my “NO RING” pellet probe seals as HP-1 rather than the typical high wear donut orings.
I have put together the most common o-rings that fail during a tuning session. Most of the stock o-rings for the internals will gouge when the airgun is disassembled, this kit will allow you multiple attempts should any of the o-rings fail. Please note that the .30 caliber uses completely different internal o-rings than all previous Gauntlet Models including the .30 cal exclusive transfer port orings Which will be bagged as TP.
Some of the NO-Ring seals have the leading edge precision ground.
These tapered / precision ground types need to be installed as shown below

- 2 of pellet probe NO-ring seals.
- 2 sets of barrel o-rings.
- 2 sets of tank block o-rings.
- 2 of valve body o-rings.
Description
Remember, this o-ring kit supplies you with enough o-rings for two replacements, not just one. This kit has been revised to include two of the low-wear anti-o-ring seals we call the NO Ring Pellet Probe Seal.
The below video demonstrates how to install the NO Ring on the .177, .22, and .25 caliber versions; the 30 caliber requires a different technique due to the relatively short ramp length of the pellet probe, see the second video for the 30 caliber installation.
For the G30/G30SL Use a pencil or other tapered tool to prep the NO Ring for installation. It is beneficial to do this installation in a warm location. The use of a hair dryer (not a torch or paint stripper gun) can be used to warm the material up for installation. Be sure to allow the NO-RING 15 mins rest time once installed before you close the bolt. This will allow the NO-RING to relax and shrink to the pellet probe before closing the bolt.
Lastly, the G30/G30SL NO Ring fits the bore very tightly and will shear off a small amount of excess swell material the first time it is chambered. Use a pencil or other tapered tool to prep the NO Ring for the G30/G30SL because the cardboard technique just does not work as well for the G30/G30SL. You will need to preform and manually install the G30/G30SL NO Ring. (Watch Video Below)
